ISOBots provides AI-powered prospecting, lead identification, data enrichment, and automated outreach tools that help sales teams identify and engage potential customers. The Service may send automated messages, notifications, or outreach on behalf of users.

2. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and process information necessary to operate the Service, including:

  • Account information (name, email, company)

  • Targeting preferences and keywords

  • Uploaded contact or prospect lists

  • Enriched lead data generated by the Service

  • Usage and activity logs

We do not sell customer-uploaded data to third parties.

Data may be stored and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.

3. Data Ownership & Processing

Effective Date: 01/15/26

  • Customers retain ownership of all data they upload.

  • ISOBots acts as a data processor to provide the Service.

  • Enriched or generated data remains available to the customer while the account is active.

  • Upon termination, data may be deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.

4. Automated AI & Outreach Disclosure

ISOBots uses automated AI agents to identify prospects and send messages on behalf of users.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and authorize automated systems to perform outreach actions configured by you.

You are responsible for reviewing and configuring messaging content and targeting rules.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ISOBots to:

  • Send unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent communications

  • Harass, threaten, or spam individuals

  • Violate the terms of service of LinkedIn, X, Meta, or other platforms

  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute data unlawfully

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent identity

  • Circumvent platform safeguards or detection systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. Anti-Spam & Compliance Responsibility

ISOBots provides tools for outreach automation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:

  • CAN-SPAM Act

  • TCPA

  • GDPR / privacy regulations

  • Platform messaging and outreach rules

ISOBots does not guarantee compliance with third-party platform policies.

7. Platform Non-Affiliation

ISOBots is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with LinkedIn, Meta, X (Twitter), Facebook, Google, or any other social or data platform.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Billing & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/15/26

  • Subscription fees are billed per seat or package as published on our pricing page.

  • Fees are charged in advance of each billing cycle.

  • Onboarding and setup fees are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.

  • Accounts may be suspended for non-payment.

9. Security Practices

We implement reasonable security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)

  • Restricted internal access to customer data

  • Monitoring for unauthorized access

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% immune from risk.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ADSZY LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ISOBots in the prior three months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted as described in Section 3.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Legal & Compliance page from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
